Bed comfy but v.small for 2 people.Although room is old its v.clean, especially bathroom.excellent location, right on kensington and china town with good access to all other areas.Staff were very helpful and stored our luggage for us on the last day.
The general hotel area looks dodgy,on first glace we were worried. The room is v.old and could have done with a new carpet and blinds.A bit of a revamp would make a huge difference.
Mini-kitchen, nice size refrigerator
No water in toilet, got moved to another room. Internet kept going out.
The hotel is in Chinatown, which is quite central, and there are many public transports around. The hotel has a kitchen with the necessary equipment. The hotel was wi-fi that works very well with good speed. The hotel is a good value for money.
Chinatown in central but it's a bit shabby area, but it is safe. The room smelled funny and there was a lot of noise when the neighbour used water, luckly it was only one of the nights we stayed there.
I like very much it's location( 20 minutes walk fromdundas square) and close to china town. A public library, a parck and many other facilities in the neighbrhood. I appriciate also the free " toronto star" and the national post" newspapers in front off the elevator.
The cheap price and the location.
The bedding was very old and worn and the elevator - we were on the 5th floor - broke down on the Sunday, forcing us to carry out bags down five flights. That was perhaps a blessing, as using it on the Saturday was somewhat hairaising.
Proximity to attractions, close to shops and restaurants, cheap food and easy access to airport by bus.
Furniture could be modernised. requires better quality of pots and fry pan. Some staff could have beem more helpful.
Hotel was close to China Town and Kensington Market, and, if you like to walk the CN Tower. Room was clean and the meal prep facilities came in handy keeping eating out costs down
The toilet did not work very great, the water did not always fill up
Not far from center, quiet district, kind staff
Old and strange furniture
Location is excellent and the price unbelievable for the heart of downtown Toronto.
It was close to Queen Street so I could walk to downtown Toronto
My wife found the bed a little uncomfortable to sleep. She had a sore back by the 3rd night.
Large room (I took the Double-Single room). The internet turned out to be Wireless and not Wired (as mentioned on Booked.net when I booked my room)
Not clean (there were lots of spider nets). No-breakfast included makes the trip harder. The kitchen facilities are not in good condition.
I was happy with the kind of room and the set up.
The fact that they don't serve breakfast and that the money I pay when booking isn't actually the amount. ther are other additions
It was clean, quiet, comfortable and affordable. It was exactly what I needed, an economical place where I could prepare for my meetings.
The kitchen facilities are pretty bare. A decent frying pan, and an extraction fan would help.
i didn't like it. it is in an area that had 2 "projects" we had to walk by to get to it.it's in a residential area that isn't very friendly.
the room was not clean and i didn't like the location.
